Why is my scooter not running?

The battery may not be charged. Please ensure that you charge the battery for at least 3 hours.

The charger may not be working. Please ensure that the power flow to the wall outlet is on.

Why is my scooter run time short?

The battery may require a full charge. Please ensure that the battery has been charged for at least 3 hours. Please make sure that the charger plug is connected to 100-240V power supply. The battery may need to be replaced. Even with proper care, rechargeable batteries do not last forever. The average rechargeable battery life is 1 to 2 years depending on the scooter conditions and use. Replace only with Zinc replacement batteries.

Why does my scooter run sluggishly?

The scooter may be overloaded. This product is designed to sustain a maximum weight of 90kg. Do not ride up a steep hill or use the scooter to tow any cargo. If the scooter is overloaded, it may cause the battery and the electronics to age prematurely and damage the power system. The battery incorporates a Battery Management System (BMS) that automatically cuts out the power when overloaded. If these situations occur, the BMS will reset after a period of 30 seconds and the scooter will automatically reset and run as normal. Try not to run the scooter in conditions that will constantly overload the battery.

The scooter may be being used in unsuitable riding conditions. Only ride the scooter on solid, even, clean and dry surfaces such as pavement and flat ground.

Why does my scooter not run sometimes?

Your scooter may have a loose connection. Check all wires around the motor and all connectors to make sure that they are tight.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
